GAME OVERVIEW
7a0 — Sete a Zero is a free browser game where you draft 11 players from random World Cup squads (1950–2026), then simulate a full World Cup tournament. The goal: build the strongest possible team and win the trophy.
Each run is unique. You roll the dice to reveal a nation and year, pick one player, and repeat until your squad is complete. You get 3 wildcards to skip weak rolls. No account, no download, no payment.
THE 4-STEP LOOP
Pick Formation & Mode
Choose from 8 formations (4-3-3 recommended for beginners) and select Classic mode (ratings visible) or Memory mode (ratings hidden).
Roll & Draft 11 Players
Tap the dice. A random World Cup squad appears. Select one player for an open position. Use wildcards to skip bad rolls. You can change formation before each roll.
Choose Play Style
Select Defensive, Balanced, or Offensive before the simulation. This affects how aggressively your team plays in matches.
Simulate the World Cup
Watch your team compete through the group stage, Round of 16, quarter-finals, semi-finals, and final. Receive a share code to brag about your result.

PLAY STYLES
Before launching the simulation, choose how your team approaches matches. This is separate from your formation choice.
Defensive
Prioritizes clean sheets and low-scoring wins. Best when you drafted strong centre-backs and a world-class goalkeeper but lack elite forwards.
Balanced
The safest default. Works with mixed-quality drafts. Recommended for your first 5–10 runs.
Offensive
Maximum attacking intent. High risk, high reward. Only choose if you drafted 3+ elite forwards and a strong midfield.
GAME MODES
Classic Mode
Player ratings are visible during the draft (e.g., Pelé 99). Best for learning the game and making data-driven picks. You receive 3 wildcards per run.
Memory Mode (De Almanaque)
Ratings are completely hidden. You must identify stars from football knowledge alone. Significantly harder — recommended after 10+ Classic runs.
